Malik and Elias continue to enjoy their weekly swimming lessons. Their teacher, Miss Melissa is fabulous; so encouraging and patient with them. We all adore her.
Malik has made great progress in the past couple of months. He is starting to be able to swim the crawl, and two different back strokes on his own. He looks forward to his lessons and improves every time. It's hard to believe this is the same kid who didn't ever want to get his face wet!
Elias still isn't a huge fan of going under the water but he will usually agree to a couple of bobs each lesson. He's been working hard on his 'reach and pull' arms, back stroke, and blowing bubbles. I don't think I've ever seen swimming goggles look quite so cute!
