A visit-

Grandpa Dave and Grandma Connie came for a quick visit over the weekend. We had the chance to have a late celebration for my Dad's birthday (Oct. 5th). We enjoyed pizza and ice cream at Happy Joe's (along with half the town, it seemed!)

On Saturday we had a picnic and went for a 'hike' (a.k.a, walk) at Big Rock Park, which is just around the corner from our house. A friend was kind enough to let us borrow a back pack for Elias. He was a big fan. It was a beautiful day to be out and it made for good afternoon naps!
