We just returned from seeing the doctor for Elias' six month check-up. All things look great and he didn't even cry too long after his shots.
Weight: 17 lbs. 5 oz - 50% (exactly the same as Malik at 6 months)
Height: 26 inches - 40% (1 1/2 inches shorter than Malik at 6 months)
Head: 17 1/2 inches - 75% (1/2 inch smaller than Malik at 6 months)
On a side note...while I was talking to Dr. Bruxvoort, Malik started swinging at Elias' hand. The conversation went something like this:
Me: Malik, please do not swing and hit at your brother.
Malik: Well, Mom, I'm just trying to hit a home run. Elias is the ball!
At which point, Dr. Bruxvoort had to cover his face and turn toward the wall because he was laughing so hard. Thanks, Malik!
