Memorial Day Weekend

We made our first trip of the year to the Blank Park Zoo in Des Moines. We got a great deal on a pass this year, so we can go as often as we want :)

The weather was a bit iffy...we got sprinkled on most of the time, but it didn't dampen (ha!) our fun one bit! We even had to have our picnic in our van instead of at the park. Malik thought it was great fun :)
