After the kids race, we enjoyed watching the runners of the Klompen Classic 5K finish their race. "What, you weren't running?" you ask. No way - we were too busy eating our Stroopwafels and Poffertjes!

Tulip Time - Wednesday
Wednesday night kicked off our Tulip Time celebration. This was the first year Malik 'ran' in the Kid's Klompen. He and Greg lined up with all the other boys (and their parent of choice) ages 0-4 and ran for 2 blocks. It was such hard work that he earned a ribbon of participation and had to eat 2 popsicles!
