We made an overnight trip to Cedar Rapids to visit Grandma Phyllis and Grandpa Jerry. While we were there, we had a belated celebration for Greg's birthday complete with ice cream cake - yum! We went bowling, played mini-golf, and also played some games back at the house.
On Sunday morning, we were able to attend a nearby church where some college friends of ours who serve as missionaries in Japan were speaking. We hadn't seen them in years so that was a nice treat.
It was a busy but fun trip!
